The room lacked proper space for suitcases, making it very inconvenient!!! The high closet rod is almost unreachable. Dust on bathroom ledges and a loose faucet are easy fixes that should have been addressed before my arrival!!!

inconvenient

i thought a lovely hotel like this woudl maybe provide complimentary earplugs, but instead, i was serenaded by thumping music all night long. the so-called plunge-pool was also unfathomably out-of-order, yet not a single staff member seemed to care about my comfort, disappointing. i almost gave a good review, but really, who has time for that!

During my stay, I loved how quick it was to walk to places like the Walls of Cartagena and Museo Historico de Cartagena de Indias, making my city strolls so enjoyable. the clean room and refreshing breakfast with lots of fresh fruit added to the delightful experience.

The breakfast was a delightful experience, full of fresh fruit and made to order. I enjoyed my mornings by the pool, soaking in the sun after exploring the vibrant streets of Getsemaní.

The noise from nearby bars was intrusive, making it hard to wind down in the evenings. Earplugs helped, but it's not ideal for those looking for a peaceful night's sleep.
